**Coverage** — We ship to mainland France, the rest of the EU, and a growing list of countries via our carrier partners.
**Rates and free shipping** — Shipping is free within mainland France for orders above €99; otherwise a flat rate is shown at checkout based on destination and weight. EU rates are calculated per country at checkout.
**Processing time** — Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
**Delivery time** — Typically 24–48h in mainland France, 2–5 business days for the rest of the EU, depending on the carrier and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees.
**Order tracking** — Once shipped, use the tracking link in your shipment email, or check your order status from your account.
**Lost or damaged parcels** — Contact contact@be-track.com with your order number; we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
**Customs (outside the EU)** — Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
